1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, submitting an application form, requesting white-label setup support, placing an order, or transmitting payments to Exvion Global Pvt. Ltd. (Netbrux), you declare that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease using this site and our services immediately.

2. Website and Offer Information

All products, platform offers, package inclusions, and delivery estimates detailed on this site are subject to update, modification, or termination at any time without notice. We reserve the right to alter pricing, modify license parameters, update the digital inventory preloaded on our systems, and refine operational processes to support system stability or adjust to market parameters.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting a form, applying for our service, or completing an invoice payment does not guarantee order acceptance. We reserve the absolute, unilateral right to refuse service, reject application entries, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. Reasons for cancellation or refusal include, but are not limited to:

• Suspicion of fraud, system manipulation, or unauthorized usage patterns.
• Operational bottlenecks or technical delivery issues.
• Inability of the applicant to meet verification standard indicators or provide accurate configuration details.
• System abuse, breach of license limits, or standard commercial parameters.

If an order is rejected by us prior to service initialization and setup deployment, any funds captured for that specific order will be returned to the source payment method, subject to transaction fee deductions.

4. Delivery

Any delivery timelines mentioned on this website (including the "24-hour setup" indicator) are estimations and do not constitute absolute deadlines. While we make every attempt to configure, license, and deliver your white-label platform rapidly:

• The delivery timeline is strictly contingent upon you supplying all necessary domain names, server credentials, logo materials, and setup inputs required by our team.
• Delay in supplying setup details will directly postpone the platform delivery.
• We are not responsible for delivery delays resulting from third-party hosting latency, domain registration propagation, or transaction gateway approvals.

5. Digital Nature of Products and Services

You acknowledge that Netbrux delivers intangible, digital assets. This includes, but is not limited to, PHP source code, preloaded database tables, visual graphics files, server configuration scripts, credentials, templates, and setup consultation services. Because these materials are instantly accessible, downloadable, and copyable, they are deemed completely consumed upon initialization.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, layouts, interface code, styling scripts, graphics, logos, and custom code systems hosted on our site remain the exclusive intellectual property of Exvion Global Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under Indian and international copyright laws. Your purchase of a white-label setup grants you only the specific operational license rights explicitly described in Section 7. It does not transfer core ownership of our copyright designs, proprietary scripts, or structural systems.

7. License Restrictions

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-instance operational license to run the preloaded storefront system under your own brand on a single domain. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Sublicensing, reselling, or distributing the core setup software system to third parties as a standalone developer package or software installer.
• Reverse engineering, extracting, or copying the proprietary licensing validation scripts.
• Sharing database credentials, system download keys, or license credentials with unauthorized users.
• Publishing, copying, or distributing our proprietary system updates, plugins, or tools outside of your licensed domain interface.

8. User Responsibilities

As a client and platform operator, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete details when applying or submitting server configurations.
• Ensure all operations on your white-label platform comply with regional business laws, consumer protection rules, and tax regulations in your target markets.
• Manage your own business operations, customer support requests, marketing campaigns, and payment processing configurations independently. We do not manage client storefront operations.

9. No Guarantee of Results

We build, license, and deliver a functional business architecture loaded with digital assets. However, we do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that operating the storefront will yield specific revenues, profits, client inquiries, Google search rankings, or business success. Your results are entirely dependent on your own marketing effort, niche demand, traffic generation strategies, and independent business execution.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the immediate provisioning and digital nature of the licenses, assets, setups, and preloaded databases delivered by our team, all transactions are final. We maintain a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy. Once the server setup process has begun or source code files have been delivered to your hosting location, refund requests will be rejected without exception.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Exvion Global Pvt. Ltd. (Netbrux), its directors, employees, or developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of business profits, database loss, server downtime, system hacks, client storefront failures, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. In no event shall our cumulative liability exceed the exact amount paid to us for the specific service package or product license in question.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Exvion Global Pvt. Ltd. (Netbrux) and its operational staff against any claims, losses, liabilities, legal costs, or demands resulting from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our platform designs, copyright violations on your domain, or illegal sales activities conducted via your storefront.

13. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or immediately terminate your software license, server connectivity configurations, and access to automated backend system updates without notice or refund if we detect user breach, system hacking attempts, payment chargebacks, spam, harassment of our staff, or unauthorized software redistribution.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service, along with all operational relationships and transaction histories, shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration, or litigation arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
