Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellation rights apply once delivery, access, or work has begun.

1. No Refunds — All Sales Final

All digital transactions conducted on this website are final. Once order confirmation is issued, license keys are generated, or setup tasks are initialized, Netbrux does not offer refunds, partial refunds, returns, exchanges, or user balance credits under any circumstances.

2. No Refund Period

Because digital software code and setup files are immediately provisioned, there is no trial evaluation period, no post-purchase refund window, and no "cooling-off" period. You explicitly waive all rights to a return window once delivery has been processed or our customization setup sequences have started.

3. No Cancellations After Delivery or Start of Work

Orders cannot be cancelled once digital files have been shared, domain configurations established, database structures preloaded, API keys generated, hosting servers allocated, or custom engineering work initiated. Any request to halt setup services after payment has been completed will not justify a return of funds.

4. Customer Responsibility Before Purchase

It is your sole responsibility to review the application criteria, package contents, preloaded product details, technical requirements, and setup estimates carefully before making a payment. If you have questions regarding the white-label platforms, software compatibility, or licensing limits, you must contact our WhatsApp support line prior to initiating transaction workflows. Your purchase represents informed, binding acceptance of the product parameters.

5. Non-Refundable Items

All digital inventory components, setups, and materials supplied by our team are strictly non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Digital Products & Source Files: Core software packages, PHP files, preloaded tools, templates, plugins, prompts, and visual assets.
  • Setup & Configuration Services: Server configurations, hosting provisioning, custom branding integrations, domain linking, and database setups.
  • Consulting & Support: Dedicated engineering support hours, strategy calls, setup consultation, and direct onboarding chats.
  • White-Label Systems & Licenses: Standalone digital business packages, operational licenses, and shared system access credentials.
  • Partial Services: Any setup or customization project that has been partially completed or where development time has been allocated.

6. Technical Issues

In the event that you experience setup errors or license issues caused directly by our software code or server configurations, our technical support team will make reasonable efforts to isolate, correct, or re-deliver the system assets. Discretionary corrections or adjustments made by our developers to resolve technical issues do not establish, imply, or validate any refund obligations.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We maintain records of all customer transactions, server installation logs, domain registry propagation, WhatsApp communications, and download histories. If you open a payment dispute or initiate a chargeback with your credit card provider or payment gateway after receiving setup assets:

  • We will aggressively contest the dispute by submitting server logs, delivery receipts, configuration records, and support logs to the processor.
  • We reserve the right to immediately suspend your software license, revoke database configurations, block system updates, and restrict future access to our services.
  • We reserve the right to refuse future licenses or business support to any user associated with chargeback disputes.

8. Exception Required by Law

If any non-waivable statutory rights under applicable local consumer codes mandate a refund window, our liability and your refund remedy shall remain strictly limited to the minimum legal remedy required by such statute (such as re-delivering the digital assets or repairing the technical service, rather than cash refunding).
