You own 100% of the website files and store asset copy deployed on your domain. However, you are strictly responsible for:

• Purchasing and maintaining your own domain registration and web hosting account.
• Setting up and managing your payment merchant accounts (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay).
• Complying with applicable local consumer protection, tax, and privacy regulations.

3. No Income or Earnings Claims

We provide launch-ready digital infrastructure, design templates, and software plugins. We make zero guarantees, explicit or implied, regarding individual revenue, sales figures, or profit margins. Business success depends strictly on market demand, marketing efforts, and user execution.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StoreLaunch or Jyotirmay Ray be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, hosting server outages, domain failures, or loss of business data resulting from third-party server environments.
