1. Overview & Digital Goods Policy

Thank you for purchasing the Ready-Made Digital Business System from StoreLaunch / Jyotirmay Ray. Because our product consists of digital software source files, preloaded database items, premium theme assets, and our proprietary Digital Product Engine Pro™ Plugin, access is delivered digitally.

Except as explicitly stated in our 24-Hour Installation Guarantee below, all digital product sales are final once files have been delivered or download access has been granted.

2. 24-Hour Installation Guarantee

We stand behind our installation service with a strict 24-Hour Installation Guarantee:

• If you request free installation support, you must possess an active web hosting account, a registered domain name with DNS configured, and provide valid cPanel/hosting login credentials.
• Our deployment timer begins immediately once valid, working login credentials are provided.
• We guarantee your website store will be fully installed, configured with WooCommerce, and preloaded with products within 24 business hours.
• If we fail to complete technical installation within 24 hours after receiving valid credentials, you are entitled to an immediate 100% full refund.

3. Guarantee Exclusions & Ineligibility

The 24-Hour Installation Guarantee and refund eligibility do NOT apply under the following circumstances:

• Incomplete or invalid hosting/domain credentials provided by the buyer.
• Delays caused by third-party hosting server outages, DNS propagation delays, or server incompatibilities.
• Delayed responses or failure by the buyer to provide requested setup details.
• Change of mind after files have been delivered or successfully installed.
