Commercial Licensing Terms

1. Single-Site Commercial License Grant

Each single purchase of the Ready-Made Digital Business System grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to deploy, operate, and rebrand the website system on one (1) primary domain name.

2. Permitted Uses & Product Rights

Under this license, you are authorized to:

• Rebrand the store logo, colors, fonts, content, and domain name.
• Sell the preloaded digital products to your end-customers and keep 100% of generated revenue.
• Add custom digital products, modify categories, and connect your own payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay).
• Deploy the system for client projects, provided a separate license purchase is made for each client domain.

3. Digital Product Engine Pro™ Plugin Restrictions

Every purchase includes our exclusive proprietary Digital Product Engine Pro™ Plugin. The plugin is strictly licensed for use within the deployed store infrastructure:

• You MAY NOT sell, redistribute, share, or lease the Digital Product Engine Pro™ Plugin as a standalone product.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or distributing derivative works of the proprietary plugin is prohibited.
